    Hi all,

I am here with another doubt.

A dynamic website which has lot of inner pages is been indexed to Google before giving Meta information. One month back the meta titles and descriptions are updated and resubmitted the sitemap to Google.

But still the SERPs are showing old titles and descriptions. How can we get new(updated) meta information in Google snippets?? how much time it will take??

    Additional info:
    Last crawl date: 8th Feb
Cache is used to get the information in website. Will that be an issue??

Yes, Google will take some time to crawl and re index it, mean while you should try to crawl your pages with the help of social bookmarking as well, and should wait Google will definitely crawl your pages and then it will simply updated its old pages in its data bases .... try to check the individual pages at Google.com whether the pages are crawled or not ....

Plus try to update the content of your pages as well so that the Google's crawl like to crawl the updated and fresh content ....

    Thanks asim!

We are not working for SEO. So, I cannot promote using Social Bookmarking.

Is there any programmatic way to get crawled sooner?

It takes some time for Google Spiders to crawl your newly updated page. Just wait and continue to build relevant and quality links to your portal.

It depends on the time before doing that changes because Google crawler find a new and fresh content on every time and when they did not find any new update in your website they fix up a time to cache a website. Nobody knows how much time they take. If your website has short caching period then there is no need to worry about this matter.
