google tell me

    It means Google is crawling slower your site because Its not sure your server can handle all the crawling from the spider. I recommend you choose the faster option unless you site is really huge and your short on bandwith.

    just use normal lol, your faster option will just eat away bandwidth, its better easy and nice and slow lol, but i guess thats just me

    sure it will take lots of resources and bandwidth. let see stat from my site as example.

    Robots/Spiders visitors (Top 10)
    robots | Hits | Bandwidth | Last visit
    Googlebot | 36676 | 1.30 GB | 26 May 2007 - 23:39

    this is the stat for only this month XD
    hit my site 36676 times and ate 1.3g bandwidth

    how often does you site get updated? if not that often choose normal or slow
