Google tell me "Cannot analyze if the PR is Genuine at this time"?

    When I check one site PR,That show PR3,but also shown :

    Search result from Google for: XXX.com
    not found
    Cannot analyze if the PR is Genuine at this time .
    What' mean ?

    Given that pagerank hasn't been updated since last April, all that says is the site you are looking at most likely was created after April last year.
