    I will write an eBook I'll sell for $99 with resell rights:

    "How not to get banned from Google adsense" will be the title.
    "Read the TOS and don't click on your own ads" will be the text (I'll ask a copywriter to review that:D )

    Hum still hesitating about resell rights...

    While not very informative this thread sure put some humor into my day. Admitting to fraudulently trying to make money and trying to say it's not their fault because they didn't read the TOS? Forgive me if I'm wrong but even without a TOS violation any program would or should ban you for this, not to mention I'm sure they had to also check the little box stating they agreed to the TOS making 'if' they read them irrelevant.
