    I dont really know how you get "great". If that is the case then surely you feel that the other IM's are EXCELLENT because Googles IM has no advantages from what I can see. I could be wrong though.

    I installed it, realized IT IS THE SAME THING! and stopped using it all in a 5 minute time frame.
