Google Taking too much time to index new pages

My site was doing pretty good with search engine result but recently the traffic is going down by down and my site is also going down in google results. One of the reason is that google is now taking awful amount of time to index my newly added pages. Earlier google use to index new pages within 1 day.
I added this page on feb 14 :http://www.pakistanmobileprices.com/VoiceTel-V650.htm
But its still not in googe index, I have added 3 new pages from webmaster tools but I dont think this is a good idea. I have not updated my sitemap in a long time as well. But do I need to add something in it to increase crawl and indexing rate?

thanks... another question.. do I need to put a link to my XML site map form home page? Also when I add new pages if I add the link manually into XML sitemap and save it do I need to add any attribute or tag in XML site map indicating the modifictaion date? is there any such tag?

 

Yes you should include your home page link as well you can use Date Time tag, I am also facing same problem from Google, not indexing 2 fast my links, surely getting strong backlinks, but still facing same problem

 

No I mean the modification date of Sitemap? What do I need to do so that google knows sitemap has been updated?

You should properly do site map submissions and you should insert your websites' revisit in meta tags so that it can get chances of frequent indexing..
