    I really don't know and I really don't care.
    I just told them that they took away all my month's earnings and that it would also end up ruining the life of some unpriviledged kid as I was planning to sposor one with World Vision.
    Well, Google generally doesn't outsource...
    They have their own call centre in Hyderabad...India...
