Google Support is Poor

I have just chatted with Google support because traffic from Google PPC was not visible in the corresponding Google Analytics account. A Mr. Vidya T. was unable to answer my question so he just left the chat window - nice isn't it?

In my experience - Poor is the best you are going to get!

They rank down there with AOL and SKY TV on customer service!

They all concentrate too much on getting new customers and dont worry about the ones they already have

I am not loosing but I have problems explaining to the client how he can find goal conversions... By the way - don't you think it is stupid to limit the goal conversion number to 4 only - I will at least need 6...

    Mine was even worse.
    They just told me this:
"We think your existence is risky for our advertisers, hence we will let your account remain disabled."

Rsrikanth05, I did not think it was that risky... May be they will disable my campaigns if I persist... ))

Umm.... I was quoting what Google told me....

I had earned around 12 USD, max. 2USD in one day, and I got disabled.
I even said they could take all the money back, but NO, I'm a threat to them...same way PayPal diabled my account by saying I could be an Asian Terrorist....

I agree about that ... + almost everything in Google is automated - if you need help, just click on the "help" link , and see what GOOGLE DECIDED about your inquiry and for what you need help...
I had a problem with gmail , and I couldn't find anything like "contact us" or "support" there are just few shits , and if your problem is not listed you can eat the big cock...
G doesn't have any support team, they just have help center with already solved problems (rofl)

Have you tried to enable the auto tagging on your google adwords account preferences?

I'm experiencing problem also in adwords. I got clicks but 0 visits. I try to email the google support but the email looks automated.

    Solved Problems indeed....
They're just Porblems that have been partially solved...

I think he was talking about Analytics and not AdWords...

It must be just the publishers who would be facing such crappy support...It would be a good idea to test their support as an advertiser... :p

I have tested their support as an analytics user, adwords user, adsense user and gmail user, and I hate their support....

lol thats what ya get when you call any major business anymore :D
(Cheap sub contracted labor from overseas thats not verbally understandable)

You cant understand what the hell they said because of that deep accent
and they act like they dont understand what the hell your talking about when
you ask a question so they can quickly get rid of you and handle the next guy
    (time is money)

Sometimes when you email Google to merge accounts, they'll send a form letter back linking you to a knowledge base article.... YET THE ARTICLE SAYS YOU MUST CONTACT GOOGLE TO MERGE THE ACCOUNT.

Google is a monopolist, so why should they provide any support ;-)
However, the communication with AdWords staff usually works excellent for me ...

I don't like that attitude of yours.
So what you are telling is that we Indians don't have good English or aren't brainy enough to tackle YOUR dumb questions?
