    Hi guys,

While checking those spammers that usually rip off my site's content, i found out a new, a blogger blog - so no contact form, no emails, no domain who is info, nothing.

So i reported the site to Google using this form:

    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py

Contact Us + Report a policy violation + Copyrighted Content + This site is distributing my copyrighted material without my permission.

Today i got the answer: "Sorry but Google is just a service provider, we just provide ads; if you want to, you better contact the blog owner personally"...

Sheet, no really? And how da fuc do i do that? And how da fuk is that contact form online if it doesn't serve any purpose?

Guys, i'm so pissed right now, i just hit the reply button and asked them why is that report tool online? Since the answer is a dumb piece of shit, why they have a report tool that doesn't work?

And i asked them also, what's their advice to find out the owner (name/address) of that blogger (google) blog. Knocking on doors?

Hope they answer again, cause those fuc#$er are getting on my nerves now.

"Is a Blogger user copying your content? Please note that Blogger is not in a position to arbitrate issues regarding ownership of content; however, Blogger does comply with the United States Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA). For more information on how to file a DMCA complaint with Blogger, please click here."

Oh man, what a bunch of idiots. This is exactly why so many spammers use Blogger blogs! IF i use a domain name im fucjked up in 2 minutes since my hosting company will push the plug! Those bastards will get away with it at Google Blogger blogs!

    lol What a freaking lol

Here, i have DMCA Templates on my site in .doc format and there is one there specifically for Google.

    DMCA Templates

Grab that, fill out the blanks and send it to them. They "have to" take action then.

Crazy huh, i remember Aaron Wall had his SEOBook being given out on a Blogger blog and it took him ages to get it down.

Yeah, reminds me of the other week i was logged in to Adwords and sent a support ticket through my account. Got an email back basically saying "We have no knowledge of you, please log in to your Adwords account and send us a ticket".

With the DMCA what sucks is, the scraper can grab the content on auto-pilot but you need to fill out a DMCA that's basically equivalent to writing another page of content.

Makes you wonder if it's all worthwhile.
