Google Suggest Api Ajax Project

I'm looking for a quote on the following project:
What I would like done is to have a ajax suggest tool when a keyword is entered much similiar to what google and yahoo have done on their search engines.

I'm looking for someone who can harness the google or yahoo suggest api and turn it into an ajax tool.
