LOL scammers will use other Engines to continue to promote their products and Google has nothing to do with that :)

    Hello...

Yea there is alot of shady companies in Utah.. Mydollarshop.com (another based in Utah & Nevada)
is another one that rips people off by doing scams on affiliates where they never receive funds
    yet they continue to operate...:(

Im glad they also mentioned they wont allow anymore garbage sites to use adwords (but wont hold breath)...

I'm glad they sued them. Some of the ads were written in such a way that it appeared that google endorsed them.

If this is the same company or program I've seen before it did appear that they were endorsed by google. The terms or fine print which was very fine and even difficult to understand. The program that was pushed was free, but they wanted to ship you some kit for $1 or $2. This was just to get your credit card number. In the fine print it said you had to cancel in 2 weeks or your card would be charged something like $50-$70, and you would be enrolled in some other program for more charges to your card. Most likely they make it even more difficult to cancel.

All I can say is read the fine print or terms.
