Google Sued over 0 (zero) Conversions

As i've always said, Adwords is the biggest scam
going, next to cigarettes of course. But there
are always fools (Google apologists) willing to pay
and defend "G" (as you'll see below in some comments)
for anything put out. So this lawyer decided he
was not gonna stand for it and sued Google for
0 conversions... LOL

Google sued over poor conversions

There are a lot of reasons to criticise the way google runs adwords - but I don't see any in that piece.
No advertising program promises sales.
And he'll lose his case.

I bet he loses too. Imagine how rock solid the agreement is when you sign up for Google Adwords.

If I'm right he's suing them because they've promoted his page on parked domains. But I don't know why would that be a problem... Well I guess that the conversion on parked domains isn't as good as on real domains :D

To have a realistic case he'd have to show that it was impossible to get conversions on parked domains - i.e. that nobody ever has done - which isn't the case, and that he was getting a healthy rate of conversions from the other parts of his campaigns, which from other things I've read about the case, wasn't true either.

You can control rather or not you want your ads posted on parked domains in the adwords settings.

He's not going to win, in the "contract" between him and Google, there's no guarantee of conversions. Google Adwords is not much different than a newspaper printing your ad.

Also, the design of his website, levitteinternational.com, is absolutely lame and it might explain why no one was interested in his services. I suspect even a 1990s-style of homepage full of animated GIFs would have a higher conversion rate. At least there'd be something to attract the attention of the reader.

Publicity stunt.

I bet he would get credits for the parked domain hits if he just asked nicely.
