I think they took it literally to the guy who wrote in his blog to sue Google et al to get attention for high PR/links I don't remember the URL where I saw it. Is suing so cheap on the other side of Atlantic? I'm planning one of my own against someone big. I was wondering how much it would cost me to do that and being Business man I would rather get ROI calculation done first
This is ridiculous and without merit, another example of frivolous lawsuits. If this is copyright infringement based on search engine results this would bankrupt google in a hurry. I am not a big fan of google as I think they often force their will on internet marketers by changing link values to benefit already existing sites or big money companies. A good example would be degrading the value of reciprocal links to force out small business alliances and help large companies maintain top spots by virtue of big company networking for one way links. This forced small businesses to buy links to compete, and then google in exchange recruits people to seek out paid ads so they can devalue those links. Pretty sad!
