Google Sued For Selling Ads On Parked Domains

A class-action lawsuit alleges that Google committed fraud, business code violations, and unjust enrichment by selling ads that were unlikely to generate conversions.

personal I think that "Ads On Parked Domains" is OK. With Google ad, it is smart enough to give good content based on domain meaning key word.
"202,528 impressions on parked domain pages, Levitte got 668 clicks and zero conversions"
clicks and conversions are also not really linked well if you do not have a good products/ pricing/ services

It was only a matter of time before such action was taken.

I am not arguing whether or not Google revenue from parked pages is justified...
just that those who foot the bill might view it as inferior and feel that they are not
    getting their moneys' worth.

    July 16th, 2008

Despite what an ill-informed lawyer thinks, parked domains convert well for advertisers.

All this over $136.11. Makes me wonder if the lawyer read the agreement with
Google, or he's up to something more.

Whatever, he'd better be prepared for the results. Might not be pretty.

The complainant is naive and I will be amazed if this case is not thrown out. Google's tos does not promise you sales.

Sounds like he is just sore that no one wants to buy his services. I doubt that he will win and I also think it would be cheaper for him to just take his loses, then spending the costly legal fees of going after google.
