Probably got a federal grant to do it too. Here's a reason to sue: You're a free-loading, stupid, incompetent dumbass who's looking for a handout! If that's not enough reason to sue, I'll see my attorney next week and find out what sort of egregious act might give you grounds ... I don't know, maybe add a little more humiliation like nominating you for a dumbass award! And of course you're smart enough to have proof of this no doubt ... PhotoShop must be on your course list too ... I've not yet heard back from my contact within the APA ... something tells me her only association with them is as a frequent patient, not as a 'care' provider.
A GREAT candidate for The Stella Awards (frivolous lawsuits) ... http://www.stellaawards.com Rick Wilson
OK, I HAD to do it...I just E-mailed her again using a different E-mail address since she blocked me...
Source : http://blog.searchenginewatch.com/blog/060831-014443 I just reviewed her site and now I'm really confused . The company has such a large client base that it needs to use a Yahoo email address! Too bad there is not a Darwin Award site for the stupidest person of the year. She would win it hands down. Arun
a bit late allready another post about this http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=133522&highlight=Google+AdSense+Sued
I just sent one that added a little punch to the end: "About this Google adsense fraud stuff, we all think you're Rotten, Corrupt and Incompetent just like da Supreme Court of Florida, and those Nixon boyz!
So it would appear she was disbarred in Florida and her "demand" for reinstatement was denied .... any investigative findings that led up to all of it? Sounds like she needs to bypass the nomination and voting and go straight to a special page and approval of a dumbass award - write it up and I'll publish it - give her something else to get into a frenzy over!
Perhaps she knows she will not win. If this case goes into the discovery phase, her attorneys will most certainly demand Google's evidence of invalid clicks. If Google provides that, it could glean some insight into their anti-fraud mechanisms. Lord knows that Google's competitors, fraudsters, and even legitimate advertisers would like to know more about the nuts and bolts behind the scenes. In the past Google has settled simply to avoid disclosing this information. She will never get the $250 K she is asking for, but they might settle for the amount in question and attorneys fees - chump change for Google.
She admitted doing those clicks herself. That constitutes click fraud to Google and that's all they need.
