    I think you're making a generalization about hundreds of thousands of companies that operate in the USA based on the poor actions of a handful.

    I live in Canada now and I have a house in USA. I deal with different companies on daily basis both as corporate customer and consumer. My opinion is based on my experience with telephone companies, utility companies, banks, stores,.....
    Every time I visit the banks in Canada (big bank, big city), I am surprised how primitive their system is compare to Europe and I am not talking about present Europe but the European banks system from 10 years ago. :rolleyes:
    Part of the poor customer service is the result of the poor systems.

    I’ve used Google AdWords from time-to-time. Generally speaking, all AdWords is good for is gobbling up large ammounts of cash in a very short space of time. I once spent over £300 in 20 mins, coz I used the wrong {matching phrase}

    Will all the money I have spent over the years promoting various product service, Google ad words has never really made an impact.. Any useres have any suggestions for a better wy to acttract visitors?

    Yeah I agree, they may stop ads from showing if they do not have a high clickthrough rate or ask you to pay more for a click but to ban you outright is weird.

    it sucks that happened to you but hey i think this is the first negative remark i've heard about google adwords. There is no perfect system but i can feel you with the email that was sent to you, it is kind of rude but still Google's services is one of the best in the internet.

    As long as people use Adwords without knowing the rules, there will be bans. Because most don't bother reading and following the guidelines and policies, there will always be some complaining about getting banned for "no reason".

    I thought I would try it as I had a good experience with Bing! and it was time to branch out. What a mistake. I used the default bid of $0.20 per click and for a few key words went as high as $2.50. As of today (5 days) I have 8 clicks and $47.00 in charges on my account. My CPC is over $4.00 per day. WTF? :mad:

    Google will shut you down if you click on the ads they place on your site, but I don't know why they would shut an advertiser down unless the ads are, like you said, for something illegal.

    That's unfortunate that you run into such bad luck. I've had veering success with AdWords everytime I've utilized their services.

    Have you ever complained about Google online at a site or somewhere?

    They have the world's best way of knowing who's been Naughty and who's been nice.

    AND ANOTHER THING !!!!!!!!!!

    Why is is that when I get clicks on my site for certain categories of products I get like .20 CENTS per click and when I go to SIGN UP for adwords for same category products they want like $20.00 PER CLICK ???? Is GOOGLE Making THAT huge a profit off everyone???
