Google stops sending traffic for a certain category. Why?

    One of my site gets good traffic from Google. The site has several categories and the URL contains the categories in it.

    for example:
    http://www.differencebetween.net/science/nature/difference-between-jaguar-and-leopard/

    But all of a sudden yesterday Google traffic to the articles in the science category dropped by 90%. Other categories have no issues.

    Each category contains more than 100 articles.
    What could be the reason for it, any thoughts?
