Google Stops Payment.

Okay, I got my check last month and before getting the check a week ago I was banned. The check was issued 2-3 weeks before my account was disabled. So, I asked people here on DP whether I could cash the check and most of them said YES! And now, Google stops the payment

Some people here said they've seen similar cases and I can cash it out no problem. Is there nothing I can do about it ? Your views please.

There is nothing you can do.

 

We're very much under the mercy of Google in such a situation. It's pretty hard. Really pity you.

 

Yeah.. Some of the publisher reported that you can still cash the check.

this is the first time i heard that google stopped an already mailed check. most U.S banks (as many as i know of) chage money for stop payment so it is costly to do so. however, nothing much you can do now.

 

I can confirm you have no problem to cash the check I have experience it before..

 

This happened to me aswell after soo much of working on adsense i earned 105$ check i was banned and the cheque was stopped on that i was fined by the bank aswell

 

This is one reason I do not like Google AdSense and have started publishing audio ads. Google is too big, powerful, and unethical.

 

Well thanks for the replies. No big deal if I can't cash it out, using proxy sites with Adsense was a bad idea indeed. Anyway, I'm using my friends Adsense account on my blog, who's the co-author, since couple of weeks and surprisingly averaging around $1/click! Hence forth I'll just concentrate on blogging I guess. Proxy business is a - no no.
