Google stopping to give out adwords voucher?

I sign up in a link for getting a 50 euro voucher like around the 20th june. Its now been quite a while and i still never received anything from google. Moreover, I found out that many google links to get vouchers have been deleted recently. So what do you think, google stopped giving out voucher? I woulda really appreciate getting that voucher to see if adwords is advantageous for my website. anw

yeah, almost all your links are down, as i said in my first post. Like all the French links are down and i ordered my voucher through a French link
