Google stopped serving ads due to "violations"

Google sent me an email and told me I was violating terms and conditions and they would stop serving ads to the site in question.

They were not specific about what exactly was the violation they just gave a standard description of some things that are considered violations and were linking to the Terms and conditions page...

First of all, can't they simply tell WHAT the violation is so I know what to fix?

They asked me to fix the error and then they would start serving ads again.

So I fixed what I thought was the errror (I had some images close to my adsense but it was separated by borders)

And then sent email back asking them to reactivate serving of ads to my site as I had fixed the error like they requested and asked them to review and check that I indeed fixed the correct error.

Then I got a rather grumpy mail back saying that they would NOT reactivate serving of ads to my domain again because I had violated terms on the site before (which I'm sure I havn't because I always contact Google and ask them to review my site when I do changes, so they tell me it's ok - something they already had done before sending me the warning about violation in the first case)

So first of all, they are not keeping their words: They clearly stated in the email they would reactivate serving of the ads if I fixed the error which I did.

Secondly they are not clear: They just say there is an violation but do not tell what it is.

Thirdly: They had said the site was ok in the first place after reviewing it themselves!

And now I'm sitting with my main and most important adsense income site deactivated and don't know what to do :(

Not very good customer service or taking care of their adsense clients whom help them make money too in the first place, bad attitdude:mad:

Google will not tell you what you did wrong, they don't like to share information (their search engine just share other people's information), so they probably will just point you to their TOS.

My suggestion would be to re-read the TOS VERY carefully. I'm sure you'll be able to figure out what you are doing wrong. I don't care what people on these forums say, you're being banned for a reason. Most don't bother to read the TOS. You should see some of the questions people ask on here, when the answer's right on the TOS page.

try yahoo ads or bidvertiser. Although they won't convert as much as google adsense does (from my own experience)

You are very lucky. They usually ban you.

You should try YPN, maybe then don't pay as well as Adsense, but you can keep monetizing your web site...

you should think of other adsense alternatives. Many people think good pays the most, when they actualyl don't, try using others such as adbrite, bidvertiser, etc. I use adbrite on my http:// torrentx.blogspot.com and can see a 200% increase in the amount of money paid out from adbrite to adsense.

    Thanks for the info!

I will certainly check out those alternatives for adsense and see if they are of any use... hopefully adsense will serve me ads on the site they stopped though..

To the guy who said I should read the ToS:

I DID! And in addition i had the adsense team VERIFY and CONFIRM that my site was in accordance with that and they sait it was all fine! THEN later I get this message from google and they shut down the ads on the site... wtf bullshit is google on? :S

Google ban you when you are putting lots of adsense in one page or if you are clicking on that yourself which is created by you.
