Google stopped crawling my website on Feb. 28. This is also the same day that I changed a few words in my website Title and <H1> tags (nothing big--I just eliminated a few words). My web pages show up under site:mysite (all my pages are still indexed) but do not show up under any Google searches. I searched the internet on this problem and in the Google Webmaster Central forum I found the following from someone who works for Google(I think): "The special crawl rate settings apply to sites where we are manually optimizing the crawl rate on our side. This is often due to feedback from the webmaster, the hoster or just generally because we've determined that the site can profit from a manual crawl rate setting by our engineers. In general, you do not have to worry about the crawl rate setting if this is the case with your site." I think Google has set my site up to have a manual crawl rate. I read on some other forums that some people have had the same problem I am describing in the past and they believe that Google has manually adjusted their crawl rate. I understand the reason behind the manual crawl rate but why aren't my pages showing up when I do a Google search? I changed the Title and <H1> tags back to the original wording. Today is March 3 and the site still has not been crawled. Thanks in advance for any help, Yeto
