It's not working mate. I'm still seeing the same keywords in the adverts. We'll see if it has changed tomorrow with your new username etc.

maybe things might change on my site after google has re-spidered DP ??
although there are quite a few other forums that i will have to change !!

i'm sure its better than the .org freebies, i checked on the overture adwords site...but its not great...but whos going to click them anyway??..... i want targetted ads...thats the whole point of having them....eg:so someone in Edinburgh has something at least a little related to Edinburgh which might be clickable.
Really i dont want Google Ads at all...but it was supossed to be a means to an end until i can get more content added...currently adding about 2000 estate agents...its a slow process....then doctors...schools...clubs...parks...timetables.....etc etc...

 

And then you have to keep them all updated and delete ones that go out of business and change ones that offer different services than you have them down for. It's a tiresome business operating a proper directory

 

Yep....i am glad at least one person figured out how much there is to do....fortunately its all in hand ~phew~ ...and it doesnt help with 20,000 pages of G*M ads

 

Why don't you start a jewellery website and take advantage of G's offer?

 

if the ppc was in the $5 range the jewellery site would be up already

I am also busy with developing 2 other sites right now..plus a new rebuild of Just1UK
and finding this forum is a BIG distraction wooohoooooo !!

 

GEM... Can you give us a hand sorting me out with something.. It'll only take 15 minutes or so..

 

Whats the average PPC for an IT related website, or a forum like this.
