Google celebrates the 30th anniversary of PAC-MAN and INFECTING the Firefox with a VIRUS: when I run Firefox I hear the unstoppable noise of Pacman. Does anybody know how to stop it?

This does not help. It even doesn't help to close the Firefox and open it again

Ah, I see. I went to google's home search page and saw it. Never use google that way anymore as I search words in the toolbar.

Navigated away from the site and it went away.

If you close your browser and still hear it, try killing your firefox process if it's not closing (alt+ctrl+delete) and navigate to that process and terminate it.

Firefox is the biggest memory hog if leave it running open on your computer for a long time.

    It's the dreaded Pac-Virus.

    It might format your drives?

It's just the game that auto loads after 5 seconds or so and thus the sound starts also. Pac Man is fun :D

There's an "Insert Coin" instead of the usual "I'm Feeling Lucky" button that lets you play the game.

Wow, I can't believe I didn't notice that! I have my sound muted most of the time. I'm off to play Pac Man now :)

I do think that sound auto-playing is a bad thing, though. Gogogle should know better than to do that.
