Google spider not Crawlling my web pages - Please help me

    Dear Webmasters,

    Form the past 20 days my site has not crawling by Google spider, After added title tags, I have checking in Google and its showing the old pages with old title tags.

    Only home page shows the new title tags but the inner pages are not listing with new title tags.

    in webmasters tool its says the msg as: "Crawl postponed because robots.txt was inaccessible"

    Please give suggestions. :confused:
