Well maybe, but you confirm the facts, is it Google's code that is in the public domain or DB's proxy

That's from The Register, not exactly the pinnacle of unbiased reporting but I have no reason to dispute their words in this case.

It's a page "scraper". As far as I know this isn't proprietary Google code but it does bypass the API and Google's ads. It's almost certainly illegal, in my opinion, which is why Brandt is doing it. The code reportedly only works with Linux OS though so it's not like Google has to worry about a run on their servers... :D

Daniel Brandt really needs a woman, and really fast...

I have a website built a week ago and doesn't rank... Lets talk badly about Google and conspire a lot! LOL!

    F-ing geeks!

    This is too eerie.

On Tuesday, I was driving to work thinking how bloody annoying and stupid Daniel Brandt is and I came up with the idea of registering a site called google-watch-watch to document his excessive idiocy.

My other projects are so far behind schedule, I am very happy to see that someone else has taken up the cudgel. :D

I regret than I can only give you one reputation point for this post. ;)

The man is unbelievable. You must have a look at this WebProWorld thread. I asked him if he could deny anything in the google-watch-watch.org article. In his reply, he denied he ever talked about Rumsfeld. Then he proceeded into an explanation of why his website should be ranked higher than it is, confirming what the article said about him.
