    The sitemap is, http://www.shedsale.co.uk/sitemap(2).xml

It's not allowing the links at the bottom,

    Etc etc,

At a random guess do I just change the links to,
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks a bunch.

    Hey, here few suggestions:

    1. Try to change the file name to sitemap(2).xml to something to sitemap-2.xml, sitemap2.xml (This suggestion is nothing to do with the problem you are facing)
    2. Always make sure you upload robots.txt.
    3. Always try to give the final URL as you mentioned in the extented URL's and keep priority at 0.80.
    4. Resubmit the Sitemap again.

Let me know if this is any help to you!

Check your links... your domain has www in front, but all the links don't. That at least will cause problems in sitemaps.

Cradd, also make sure you follow what ThomasSchulz is saying above. It can also be one reason for not listed. Let me know if that helps.

Also let me know with the changes I mention did that made any effect.

Common error. Either leave out the priority tag or use a sitemap generator that calculates sitemap priority values based on internal linking (or some other kind of metric)

First of all whether you put http://shedsale.co.uk/rugby or http://shedsale.co.uk/rugby/index.html would be exactly the same. In fact, if there would be a problem, google webmasters tools would indicate a 404 error on this very specific URL.
Google spiders work exactly like a browser (a simpler one however, like Link for instance). If your browser is able to reach the page (and it is), then the google spider is also able to do so.
Also note that Google has a very strange and long term way of indexing your pages, depending also on your PR. We will probably never know about the way it works, however many people claim they do. I have 860 URL in my sitemap only 561 are indexed (that number is changing all the time), and i don't have a clue why!

Regarding your issue on priorities, if your URL have all the same priority, then build a sitemap without this optional argument, otherwise if you submit a sitemap with the priority tag, make sure that at least one is different, otherwise google webmasters tool will report a warning.
