Google sitemaps new feature : Requesting removal of content from your index

    Hi all,

    has anybody seen this new google sitemap feature for requesting content removal from your google sitemaps account.

    Yes looks like a great addition. If you can't find it, it should be at the bottom of the left hand links named " URL Removals".

    Handy feature for me for when I'm upgrading websites and changing page names (html to aspx).

    I tried the remove URL feature with directories. It was denied even though I satisfied two of the three conditions (404, robots.txt).

    i couldnt find a mass delete option do you see like that to delete lots of ulrs
