I saw on wordpress that there is a tool to submit your google sitemap to msn and yahoo... I have a regular website with a google sitemap.. how do I make those other sites aware that I have a sitemap? thanks
Similar to google analystics, other search engines have webmaster accounts where you can let them know... Yahoo - http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/ MSN - http://webmaster.live.com/
For the WordPress plugin to notify Yahoo! you need a Yahoo appid. After you install the plugin onto your blog there should be a link under the Yahoo! appid field that allows you to obtain an appid (for free).
