You can use Firebug, a firefox add-on to see how much time it takes to load the page. Then match it with the Google. The load time could increase for lot of reasons though.

Check your error log and see if there were any errors. I have seen the same kind of errors for my sites, but after some time, these errors get removed.
Dont do any thing with ur sitemap and site, coz its bcoz of ur server not sitemap. After next crawl to ur site with same sitemap there wil be no error. I bet
