Google Sitemap Query

    OK i'm confused after reading a few threads on here as some contradict each other.

    Basically i am signed up to Google Webmaster Tools..

    On my sitemap should i put on there every single indiviual link of my website, or just folders such as www.abc.com/xyc/ .. www abc.com/cde/ ??

    Also should i change this sitemap and re upload it every time i add new pages to my site??

    Last but not least will it crawl my forums section automatically? (each individual thread) if i just submit www.abc.com/forums?
