    Are there any free sitemap generator SMF? I have tried quite a few of them, none of the them works, they seem to generate .ror based xml file, which Google rejects. Thanks.

    I would just use gsitecrawler. It runs on your machine, and it will crawl SMF forums just fine. Also free.
