i use wordpress 2.0.i want to register google sitemap.So i set up Sitemap Generator 2.7.1 for wp.xml has been seen.i write them to google sitemap.But in the site vertified chapter, it says uplaod a html or add meta tag.i used to meta tag.i write it in my site.But when i verify my site,it says vertification status:NOT VERIFIED.Where do i failed when i register google sitemap. www.forzawarez.com it is my site.if you see source, u will see meta tag.
How long ago did you add the Meta Tag? I've had sites verify right away and then some that took 12-24 hours. Your tag looks like it's setup right, although I can't verify the code. Give it an overnight and see what happens. On a personal note I'm not a big fan of the tag but only because it's visible.
