on my Google Webmaster tool, in sitemap status page ,it is written that:
URL Submitted-26,and indexed url-24,Can u please tell me what does it mean??
I have submitted my sitemap as RSS FORMAT.
But can not understand the meaning that--url submitted-26(but how i know that how many urls are there for my blog?).

Check the status of your sitemap.. is it pending or downloaded via google?? make your sitemap with more/all links of your site and then resubmit it again.

My sitemap has 3k+ links but only 500-600 indexed so far. It takes some time.

    Hi ansme 77...

URLs submitted 26, it was a default submission for blogger or blogspot although You have more than 200 posts. You can expand or change it by Adding these...,Ansme 77, here :

    atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=100

    (for postings up to 100)

    atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=101&max-results=200

(for postings up to 200, just like Your blog)

    Good luck...!

the urls submitted are the urls that are received by google while the indexed urls are the url that are put in the index of google. this cannot be higher than the urls submitted.

You have to generate another site map ,if your links are actually more than 26,If they are 26 ,then you have a miracle of indexing.

do you have enough google webmaster account setting of the sitemap and setting metatag as their suggested ?

or you just set your blog html editor from rel='nofollow', so delete it and your blog is set to dofollow, thats enough to trace routing your post by spider bot and se crawler.

off course do not forget to add url to google, add url to yahoo, ping with pingomatic.com.

am i allright ? sorry, just trying to share my little experience. :)
