Google site maps editing

    How would i go about creating a little lable where my users would be able to drop onto google maps, and write something (possibly upload a picture) and then other people can view it on the google maps.

    Would i need a SQL database for this?

    I don't have exactly idea about that but there is no need of sql server database for that.
