For example if you google 'cnn'

On google, uou get the tittle and the description
and then a kind of site map or title of main section of the site

for cnn it comes out with.
    Business Video
    World Crime
    Entertainment Live Video
    Politics Ticker

I would like to get that under my site anyone can help?

Those are called "Site Links" - not site maps. And those are set by google, you have no control over them. When google crawls your page, it picks up what it thinks are the important categories for your site. And then those categories are made into site links.

If you want site links, make sure that your site is designed to have categories. And publish material under those categories. Its going to take several months for google to define what site links to give you. So if your site is new, do not expect "Site Links" until your site is 6+ months old.

You can also read this article about google sitelinks. For instance, if you domain is authority for a given search query (domain name matches query, #1 etc.) there's a higher chance for sitelinks showing.
