Hi, Been watching you for some time now, and got to say Hi, and that you all rock. Thank you all for sharing all the ideas. I have my first question here. I have a site that is built 6 months ago. Just recently (2 days ago) , I submitted sitemap of the site to Google sitemap form. In the stats, I’ve seen allot of indexing by Google in the past 2 days, but no change in traffic yet. Anyway, that was not my concern, yet. My question follows. When I try to see how many pages are indexed by Google I get mixed results. They are totally different, and it depends of my physical location. When I am at work when I try to do this, it shows 575 pages indexed, but when I try at home, it always show me 24 pages indexed?? Can someone explain me what this could be. I am starting to doubt relevancy and accuracy of Google results in general. Thank you so much in advance, and wish you lots of revenues and success in the following years. Respectfully, B.
Google has multiple datacenters and they don't all update at the same time. So depending on which one you connect to you can see different results. Connections (and thus search results) can even differ between browsers on the same computer.
