Google shows dmoz description

    Suddenly Google showing dmoz description instead of real meta description or web page content from our index file for search results, will it effect the search engine rankings?
    How can I solve thus issue ?


    Our meta desciption is
    Live chat software,live help, Live Help Software, Live Support, live chat services provider – a professional chat support application software company, offers quality customized live help chat support software for business websites.

    But Google shows the following description.
    Features include Win32 admin application, pro-active chat, chat transcripts, online surveys, PUSH technology, and internal operator chat.

    I believe you can set your meta tag for that page

    <meta name=”robots” content=”noodp”>

    and fix it...

    Check the codes on your website. I guess you are missing something there.
