Can Google display same ad copy more than once in Google Search result.

There is a difference in the two ads; one appears to contain the location Maharashtra. I'm not sure what the significance of that difference is, though.

Have you checked the destination URLs to make sure they are the same? If they are different, this is likely someone using black-hat techniques. If they are the same it sounds like a bug.

I had to look closely at the small print but these ads are not the same. The difference is the display URL (and presumably the destination URL). If they were the same, that would be impossible. Only one ad per domain can show at any one time. They can't do it from one account as well for the same keyword so they are using at least two accounts, which to me is black hat, at the very least, not in the spirit of the rule.

I believe edu.in is LTD. Looks like there's a typo in the destination URL.
One is smudde.edu.in and the other is smude.edu.in

The one with double D is an invalid domain name. The site does not exists.
Looks like whoever setup their Adwords account had made a mistake. Advertising budget down the drain...

    Ah, well spotted.

Unless the destination URL is correct despite the typo in the display URL. In which case, this is essentially deliberate double listing, which is a black-hat technique banned by Google.
