Google showing ads that are irrelevant to my site & traffic

I have a small site with patterns for "adult / senior bibs". The word baby does not appear anywhere on my site but somehow Google seems to think that my traffic is somehow interested in baby diapers and clothing. If they showed ads for "Depends" or anything else to do with seniors, it would be appropriate. It is frustrating to have a low ctr when I can see that the ads are irrelevant to my traffic.

Is there anything I can do to improve the relevancy of my ads. The word bib is necessary for the people searching for my site, yet seems to mess everything up.

    My site is www.outonthetownbibs.com

You can block certain irrelevant ads in the adsense dashboard. However as we are dealing with semantics its difficult for google to know which bib you are describing.

Ads are not always relevant to the sites content. Since Google uses cookies they often display ads on your site which are relevant to a Google search the visitor made several hours ago.

I don't have more information about this but Ads are not always relevant to the sites.

really strange. This happens to me, too. The good news (at least in my case) is that it only happens intermittently, and it fixes itself within a few days. Curiously, it only happens to one of my two sites. I can put identical content on two different domains, and the ads stay relevant on one but not the other. Not sure what to make of that. Any clues would be appreciated.
