Google shopping results

Does anyone actively promote any products in Google product results? I'm noticing search results for more and more products seem to include shopping results at the top of the search results now. It seems like a good way to promote your products but are there any specific tricks to promoting products here?

I was under the impression Google shopping results are not linked to Adwords but calculated by a seperate algorithm. Are you saying that the shopping results are drawn from Adword results?

 

Yeah, it's a good way to promote products and might be helpful...
But don't expect an instant boost in your sales, once listed

 

no adwords do not have anything to do with the shopping results , the shopping results tell you the price you don't specify that in adwords. if you want to show up on their go here:

This is the same thing as Froogle which was renamed Google Product Search and is now being called Google Shopping. The products/sites listed there are fed via Google Base.
