Interesting, I've never heard of this before. I would still run this through a keyword checker to see how often these words are being searched for. This seems to be more or less a related terms lister. Some of the better word tracking programs include this functionality.
How does it generate keywords for your site? It seems you just enter one set of words and it suggests obvious related ones. For instance, if you enter cancer asbestos, then surely you should get Mesothelioma. But you don't. It only works on trivial sets.
