I'm still getting that anoying Google Server Error and 85% of my keywords are -9997. I manually have to check each one and still get the error about 80% of the time. It takes forever to get my results.

Could I get an explination other than "it seems to be working for me" from digital point. I'll give you my login info for you to see what I'm talking about this has been happening for about a month now, but only for G

Any Google Server Error would be coming directly from Google. So they would be the only one that could really answer it for you.

Please, you can't tell me that your programmers don't know what this means.

The request returned the following error:
    Unknown Google server error

It is displayed at the top of the results page. I know the error comes from G but there must be some type of explination, I mean you guys wrote the program that gives us our results.

G tells me I have to ask you and you say I have to ask G, which is just a convenient circle of "I don't know".

Ask around your office someone must know, if the error is being displayed on the results page someone had to program it that way.

Usually it's an "Internal Server Error" is the response from Google. Google doesn't give any more info beyond that though.

I don't have the problem hardly at all if I run the tracker after 5pm pacific time. If I run it in the morning I get almost no google kwp to work.

That has been my fix to the problem - I am assuming google has put a throttle on the api system and in the morning it is the busiest

Yeah... when it comes down to it, I just think Google's API system needs more resources, so they get overloading problems during peak times.
