I was ranked #1 January 1st and the next day i dropped to #3. Now, i see my site fluctuating from not even being listed... to number #3. Is this a database issue with Google or I'm i being sand boxed?

    my site is http://littlemoney.net

Google seems to be really funny lately... some of my sites that were on page #1 have vanished while some of my sites have gone from page 2,3,4 to #1.

Sometimes they move back to their original positions, sometimes you have to adjust.

The sandbox applies to competitive search terms - but as it looks like your site isn't even a month old, it would certainly be sandboxed (you can still rank for less/non-competitive terms). It's very common to see a new site rank well for a short period of time and then vanish from rankings. You're competing against sites that have been up for years and you should plan on giving a site six-twelve months of hard work.
