What type of SEO did you do? As Louie stated, you may have been penalized.

It would be easier for us to help if you could at least provide us with information on what type of SEO methods you've done or tried to your website. You may have been penalised by Google and if you're out of Google's index, whatever you may have done might be pretty serious. Have you set up a Google Webmaster Tools for your website?

Cant really know what's going on without seeing your website URL

Check your site on google, it happened to me once few months ago.
    use:
    info:yourdomain.com

If you don't see any result, bad news, your site might be penalized by google.

I thin kits not relating to your free hosting or domain, I think your site has been penalized by Google. If this situation continues for about one week for you, you can be sure about it. What did you do for your website in last months?

It could be a number of factors including the usual ranking fluctuation, your site losing backlinks or penalty. Did you use any black hat techniques or purchased links for those websites?

If you cannot give website urls here, here is my "own assumption".

    1. How continuously your link building had been done ever? SEO needs consistency and your ranking won't long lasting without it.
    2. How frequent your website content updated? The more "unique" contents being added regularly, the more chance to keep your ranking stable.
    3. Have you ever gone in a wrong way? ie. participate in web rings / join identical reciprocal link network / hidden text in your website / spam with H tags / etc.
