    I use my SEO Dashboard (http://www.myseodashboard.com).

    I tracks keyword history ranking for the big 3 (Google, Yahoo, and Bing). It also has a scheduling feature so it will automatically run everyday.

    But SEO Soft do it (1000 serp + many langage+ country + history graph + pagerank)
