I was a little skeptical before I clicked on the link but pleasantly pleased with the post. I really like the way the author seperates links building with seo because even though you need both and both have equal importance the two are not the same. Anyway good post.

There are no ads on it - your correct. It's more about building a resource that keep people coming back to the site. it's not about making adsense pennies
