Google SEO and Click Trackers

I am thinking about installing a click tacker on one of my sites so that advertisers can see how many clicks / impressions they get on their link. The outbound links that are tracked will get a similar link to this: mydomain-com/count?xxxx

Question: Is my site going to pass on PR / Google juice to the sites that I link to using this method? Is this SEO friendly for the advertiser, or am I keeping it all on my own site?

    Thanks in advance.

Google has a click tracker, google.com/support/googleanalytics/bin/answer.py?answer=55578&hl=en I have had good experiences with it to check how viral certain links go and how deep, it would work for your purposes as well I think.

Otherwise you can always do a bi-weekly screenshot of your google analytics goals that you create for each client.
