Google seems to be dancing

I'm not aware of 302 problems on this specific site. But I know it was linked to from a directory which caused major problems for a different site of mine.

SERPs are all over the place atm - I thought mine had settled, but nope I was wrong yet again.
I've seen it in the past, major updates are very similar to the old dance - things take a long time to settle, but then G don't do major updates any more do they they only do small continual updates cough cough. If that's really true then this is something that's gone wrong.
Perhaps Matt C might like to clarify why an small change should take so damn long to settle out. He won't - he can only say what he can without the powers that be jumping on him, of that I'm sure.

That was my reaction, too. They are different search terms.

 

But that isn't the issue. "bird houses" and "bird-houses" are roughly equivalent two-word search terms but both are quite different from the one word term "birdhouses".

McDar's datacenter q-check shows me with 0 backlinks and PR5...
Google shows 752, down from 1720...
Nice to know. I had a PR5 at one time... back where I started anyway.
