Likely hosting is the issue. Or maybe something else. Its hard to narrow down factors that results in Serp listing. You can find statistical evidence, but no sure bets.

well, i have a website with 23,000 unique visits dayli, of that 23,000 google sendme dayli 15,000 and my server is in france and the ip is of ireland (geolocalization) so i dont know if you are wrong, but i think that dont have nothing with google
