I am sure this seems like a ridiculous question to most of you, but if i am searching for my site on Google using specific keywords, is there way to search within the results. certain words i have not yet optimized for i am 20 and 30 pages back. rather then having to look through each page, is there a way i can just search for my URL with in the results of the keywords?

hmm, to be honest, I'm not for sure. I would suggest starting with google spidermaps, they might offer some sort of tracking for that.

http://googlerankings.com/positiontracking/ Registration is required but you should be able to track your websites position for any give keyword. An excellent tool!

Same time it checks your position for Yahoo and MSN as well. Give it a try.

I use DP's keyword ranking tool. It will at least tell you if your within the first 200 positions.
